How to Get More from Epic and Legendary Events

Epic and Legendary events pay more, and some missions ask you to race them. They show up less often. Your mission list and Dice are how you find them.

Epic and Legendary events pay more than Common ones, and they show up less often. Some missions ask you to race or win them. This page is how you find those events so you can get that extra payout.

Find the mission first

  1. Open Missions.
  2. Look for a Career, Daily, or Seasonal task that says to race or win an Epic or Legendary event.
  3. That rarity is the same mark you will look for on the Race screen.

If you do not have a mission like that right now, you can still run Epic and Legendary events for the better payout.

Find the event

  1. From the home screen, tap Race. The game shows a few events you can run right now.
  2. Read the rarity on each one. Common events are the ones you see most. Epic shows up less often. Legendary shows up less often than Epic.
  3. Read the rewards on that event. Rarer events pay extra. The list on the event is what you get. If a crate is on that list and your crate slots are full, open a crate first. See Opening Crates.
  4. If the event costs Tickets, that cost is shown on the race event when you view it. See What Are Tickets For?.
  5. If none of the events are Epic or Legendary, spend Dice to shuffle the list. See What Are Dice For?.

Cash it in

Finding the event is only half. You still have to win it. A quicker car and a legal light are what actually pay the rewards. See Why a Faster Car Matters and How to Get a Good Reaction Time.
