What the Car Stats Do

Every car and every part has four stats: Power, Torque, Endurance, and Handling. You see them as bars in the Garage.

Every car and every part has four stats. You see them as bars when you tap the garage icon at the bottom of the screen, tap a car or part, and tap Info. Raising one stat can cost you another. The build pages walk through those tradeoffs.

PowerPower is this gauge icon. It sets top speed and helps acceleration, so more Power improves the best time the car can run. High Power with low Endurance wears Durability down faster. High Power with low Handling makes the car harder to control.

TorqueTorque is this icon. It is the strongest piece of the launch, so more Torque gets the car moving sooner off the starting line. High Torque with low Handling adds swerve on the start and makes a clean rev harder.

EnduranceEndurance is this shield icon. It helps control the rev, so starts stay more reliable. It also makes Durability last longer, so you get more races in before the car needs a Wrench.

HandlingHandling is this steering-wheel icon. It makes the car easier to drive by widening the timing windows for the rev at the start and for each shift.

How those stats show up on a pass is in How to Read the Timeslip. What to raise first is in Build Strategy: Power and Torque, Build Strategy: Handling, and Build Strategy: Endurance.
