Crashing and Freezing Issues

If the game closes or freezes, work through these steps. Protect the cloud save before you uninstall.

If NHRA Legends of Drag Racing crashes, freezes, or closes on its own, try these steps in order. A cloud save is how your progress can come back after a reinstall. Connect one before you uninstall. See How to Cloud Save or Transfer Data Between Devices.

Troubleshooting

  1. Fully close the game and other apps you do not need, then reopen the game. Sending it to the background is not the same as fully closing it. On Apple, swipe up from the bottom and hold, then swipe the game off the list. On Android, tap Recent Apps and swipe up on the game.
  2. If your device lets you clear the game's cache without clearing data, find NHRA Legends of Drag Racing under Storage or Data Management in the device settings. Do not use Clear Data unless Support tells you to, and your save is backed up. Clear Data can wipe a save that is not on a cloud account.
  3. Check the App Store or Google Play for a game update.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall only after you can sign into the cloud save, or after Support tells you to reinstall.

Before uninstalling, confirm that you can sign into your cloud save. On Apple that is Email/Password, Apple, or Game Center. On Android that is Email/Password or Google Play. Email/Password is the one that works on both.

Contact Support

  1. On the title screen (the screen with Play), tap the gear button in the upper left.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Open Support and tap Help.

Include when the problem began, how often it happens, where you were in the game, your device model, and operating system version. If you cannot use in-game Help, email support@concretesoftware.com.
