Q:
How can I get my bowling balls back after they disappeared with the most recent Android update of PBA Challenge?
A:
Please restart your device and enter the app when you have a strong internet connection. Also try signing out of your G+ account and back in via the Profile tab in the Score Sheet section.
Q:
Why did I not receive my reward for completing an offer in PBA Challenge?
A:
Please ensure that you have a strong internet connection and restart your device before re-entering the game. The gold pins themselves are distributed and accounted for by Tapjoy. On the offer wall page, you can click on the link in the bottom right that says “Missing Gold Pins?” if you are not receiving them, and they will be able to assist you further in that regard.
Q:
All of my tickets and pins have disappeared in PBA Challenge. What can I do to get them back?
A:
Please restart your device and enter the application when you have a strong internet connection.
Q:
How do I invite a friend to a multiplayer match on PBA Challenge?
A:
You will first need to make sure that your friend is in your Google+ friends list and is visible when you are in the app trying to send an invite. Then you can just click on their icon and press Play, which should send them an invite.
Q:
How do I use cloud saving in PBA Challenge to ensure I never lose my data?
A:
On Android, all you need to do to prevent losing data is to sign in to your Google+ account when you play version 1.4.0+. If you switch devices, re-install the app or play on multiple devices you only need to sign in to Google+ again and all of your profile progress should carry over.
On iOS, enable iCloud on all of your devices to allow you to transfer your progress between devices.
Q:
Can I transfer my PBA® Bowling Challenge data between an Android device and an iOS device?
A:
No, you cannot. The Android version uses Google+ for cloud saving, while the iOS version uses iCloud, and they are not compatible with each other.
Q:
Can I play multiplayer against someone using an iOS device when I’m using an Android (and vice versa)?
A:
No, you cannot. The Android version uses Google+ for multiplayer, while the iOS version uses GameCenter, and they are not compatible with each other.

A:
We shut it down because there were a bunch of lousy spammers…so blame them!
Q:
In Aces Spades why does a game to 2000 points end before any one reaches that point amount?
A:
Because the opposing team (or an opposing player if playing solo) went below negative 200 points. In any game played to any point amount, the game will be over when a team/player goes below negative 200 and the win awarded to the player with the highest point total at that time.
Q:

- Select Apps in the top tab
